Our Service Management processes are aligned with the ITIL framework and guide our team in their daily activities; backed by leading service management, monitoring, and reporting tools. Our Service Delivery method enables us to:

  • Provide a set of ITIL-based processes to achieve consistent management of process-driven IT services across our increasing number of clients and vendors
  • Implement ITIL-based procedures to accommodate the customer’s existing requirements and provide effective monitoring and reporting of Veritec supplied services
  • Through Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Knowledge Management, IT Service Management allows us to continually improve procedures to enhance reliability across service delivery.
